??1.項(xiàng)目背景Background

??隨著光伏行業(yè)的發(fā)展，部分地區(qū)村級(jí)變壓器及工業(yè)用電變壓器容量與光伏項(xiàng)目的裝機(jī)容量處于飽和。電網(wǎng)公司要求對(duì)后建的光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為不可逆流發(fā)電系統(tǒng)，指光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)所發(fā)生的電由本地負(fù)載消耗，多余的電不允許通過(guò)低壓配電變壓器向上級(jí)電網(wǎng)逆向送電。

??光伏逆變器在將光伏組件產(chǎn)生的直流電變換為交流電時(shí)，會(huì)夾雜有直流分量和諧波，三相電流不平衡，輸出功率不確定性等，目前基本沒(méi)有采取治理手段，因此，當(dāng)有發(fā)電功率送往公用電網(wǎng)時(shí)，就會(huì)對(duì)電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生諧波污染，易造成電網(wǎng)電壓波動(dòng)，閃變等，如果有許多這樣的發(fā)電源向電網(wǎng)輸電時(shí)，會(huì)導(dǎo)致電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重下降。所以這類(lèi)光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)須配套加裝防逆流設(shè)施，來(lái)防止逆功率的發(fā)生。
